From the South (eg. Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Roswell, etc.)  Take Route 400 North exiting at Old Milton Parkway (Exit 10).  Once on the exit ramp stay in the center turn lane, turning right onto Old Milton Parkway.  Getting into the left lane, continue on Old Milton Parkway for one block (first traffic light), making a left here on Morris Road.  Continue one block, making a right turn on Preston Ridge Road, (look for sign that indicates Northside/Alpharetta Medical Campus here) and continuing for approximately 1/2 block on Preston Ridge Road. Turn right into the The Northside/Alpharetta Medical Campus at the sign. We're located in the center "A Building".

Note: if you miss the Morris Road turn, continue one block staying in your left lane, to North Point Parkway (next traffic light).  Make a left on North Point Parkway and continuing approximately 100 feet on North Point Parkway before turning left into the Northpoint/Alpharetta Medical Campus.

From the North (e.g. Cumming and locations North of it) Take Route 400 South, exiting at Old Milton Parkway (Exit 10), turning left on Old Milton Parkway, continuing over the overpass, stay in the left lane and follow the above directions to Dr. Karnilow's office.
